Special Circumstances The tourney directors acknowledge some players who wish to compete in the Ancil Points are unable, being they are unavailable for midweek tourneys, due to conflicting work schedules. The only tournament this could affect is the Main Event Cup, held on a midweek. Thus, should a player wish to compete, but be unable to attend the Main Event Cup, a player shall have the option to utilize a separate “weekend” tourney as their Main Event Cup score. That player must notify the tournament directors at least 3 months in advance of the Main Event Cup and declare which future tourney they wish to use as their Main Event Cup score. However, when you declare that round as your Main Event Cup score you will have to pay for your Main Event Cup Ancil Points in addition to your current round Ancil Points. For example, if you select an August tournament to use as your Main Event Cup score you will owe $15 for Ancil Points. You will owe $5 for the current tournament and $10 for the Main Event Cup tournament. Patrick Harrold/Rich Fleisher/Rob Viebrock/Harry Massingill Exhibit “A” |
